Access comes from EA
Returning players may qualify through earlier FC activity and an account in good standing. Otherwise, EA says you must earn Web and Companion Transfer Market access by playing Ultimate Team.
What an active day means
EA counts three completed Ultimate Team matches plus a Web or Companion login in the same UTC calendar day. Extra matches that day do not accelerate access. Timing also depends on account standing and other accounts using the device. EA advisors cannot manually grant access or promise an unlock time.
